Order Acceptance: When you place an order on our Site, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or limited stock). If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Payment: Orders are not processed until full payment is received. We accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and other payment methods listed at checkout. All payments are processed securely by third‑party payment processors compliant with PCI‑DSS standards.
Returns and Refunds

No Returns on Health Products: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on health and personal‑care products, including but not limited to condoms, tampons, menstrual products, and other intimate or single‑use items. Termly’s guidance notes that a no‑refund policy should clearly state any exceptions, such as hygiene-sensitive items, and be posted conspicuously.
- Devices & Defective Items:
- Defective on Arrival: If you receive a device (e.g., massage chair, blood pressure monitor) that is defective or does not work as advertised, please notify us within 7 daysof delivery. We may ask for photos or a description of the issue. Once verified, we will offer (at our discretion) a replacement, repair, or refund for the defective item. Including a defective goods clause helps set clear expectations and provides evidence of transparency.
- Manufacturer Warranties: Some devices come with a manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer if your product fails under warranty. Please refer to the documentation included with your product for warranty details.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item (other than items excluded above), please follow the return process for your item and place a new order.
Important Notes on HSA/FSA Purchases

Products marked as HSA/FSA‑eligible may require a Letter of Medical Necessity to be reimbursable. Eligibility varies by health plan; consult IRS publications such as Publication 502 and Publication 969 and your plan administrator for official guidance.

We cannot guarantee that purchases will be reimbursed by your HSA/FSA provider. It is your responsibility to verify eligibility and obtain necessary documentation.
