Order Processing and Shipping Time

Processing Time: Orders for in‑stock items are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days after your payment is confirmed. Processing does not include weekends or public holidays. Clear processing timelines help customers understand when their order will be shipped.

Backorders: If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact our suppliers to fulfil a bulk order. This process may take more than one month before the item is ready to ship. We will notify you with an estimated dispatch date and keep you updated.

Shipping Methods & Carrier: We ship via standard and expedited shipping services (carrier chosen at checkout) within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Any taxes or import duties (if applicable) are also the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

Delays & Service Interruptions: Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates. Actual delivery may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, extreme weather, supply chain issues). We will communicate any expected delays as soon as possible.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate to avoid delays or lost packages.
